The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even with our limited Japanese. We were able to communicate with them easily, making our stay much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, with a short walk to the information center and easy access to attractions in the area. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, being both amazing and spotless.

Spacious and with a nice view. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with a great variety of options.

The location is great, with amazing views of either the Kurodake mountains or the waterfalls, depending on where you sit in the Japanese restaurant. the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural scenery, perfect for adventure travelers. Public areas are clean and well-maintained.

The staff is friendly and ever helpful, and the mouthwatering breakfast buffet is sure to leave you satisfied.

Great scenery and amazing hot springs, truly relaxing. the hotel is situated in a good location, close to local facilities, making it ideal for travellers. An excellent dinner buffet was served on our first night, with quality seafood.

The hotel's lack of Wi-Fi in the room was a big setback. the rooms decoration felt outdated and old-fashioned, giving the impression that the place is not worth the money we paid.
